House Bill 94 proposes the creation of at least one early voting center in every Alabama county.
Senate Bill 35 seeks to add an exception to Alabama’s abortion ban. But abortion ban “exceptions” aren’t workable solutions — they require pleading cases to judges, lawyers, and hospital administrators.
House Bill 24 would expand on the loitering violation in the Alabama Criminal Code to include loitering in a roadway or the right-of-way of a public roadway.
Senate Bill 59 would prohibit a public agency from requiring any person or nonprofit organization to provide the public agency with personal information.
Senate Bill 51 would require an occupational licensing board to provide notice within 30 days of criminal convictions that would disqualify an individual from obtaining a license.
House Bill 100 would allow disabled voters to designate an individual to deliver their application for an absentee ballot and absentee ballot to the election manager.
